I'm so sorry, from another homeschool mom! I don't know how you're even holding up to do that....please take some time! My husband lost his dad when he was 3 and he barely remembers anything about that time in his life....so that is probably why your 3 year old isn't quite understanding it. My SIL and BIL were a bit older, 5 and 8 at the time...and again, not much of a memory around that time. My MIL didn't even have a drivers license, job/education past high school...etc when that happened. I applaud her for holding it all together for her children, as I do you! We will be praying for you! I am very very sorry for your loss!

Her husband was about 45 when he passed suddenly and left her with two girls to raise. Please pm me if you would like to speak with her and I will get you into contact with her.
