I am so sorry for your loss. My family will be praying for yours. We lost my FIL 6 yrs ago on 4/16 and he was 52 and they still had an 11 & 15 yr at home! We have helped raise them and DH is as close as a dad to SIL who is now 17.

I know it is hard but at least you have some great memories from your last trip and you can tell DD later in life how hard daddy worked to get that gift from sleeping beauty!!!!! God Bless and good luck!

I am so sorry for your loss. My mom died at 45 suddenly about 8 years ago, without warning. It was so scary and tragic, so I understand how you are feeling. Will keep you and your family in my prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I do not know how you feel because everyone handles death differently; however, I can tell you that I do truly understand the pain that you must be feeling. I suddenly and unexpectedly lost my husband (my soul mate and best friend) about 6 1/2 years ago. Our boys were 5 and 18 months at the time. Please allow yourself to grieve and allow your children to see you grieve and above all else try to remember to keep your faith in God. I will PM you as soon as I figure how to do that; I am more of a lurker than someone that post but I just had to let you know that I am thinking about you and your family and will pray for you. Also if you have close friends and family; be honest with them and let them help you....I could never allow myself to do that and always told everyone that I was ok.....let them come over and watch the kids while you take a hot shower or soak in the tub and cry!
