Life jackets at POFQ pool?

I thought I read that somewhere. Is it true? How does it work? Are they readily available? My DD4 has one that I was planning to bring, but would love to spare the room in my suitcase!

of sorts on one end of the pool that has life jackets. Any guest can pass by and pick one up. I saw a number of people walking around in them. hey are rather distinctive. (No one is going to steal these.) I can't attest to the sizing since we had a jacket for our four year old.

If you have your own I would advise taking it. I suspect many people take them back to their rooms. One mid-morning there were only two other children in the pool besides mine, but the only vests in the box were for older children. There weren't any to fit my 2yo and 5yo. I've read other complaints about this. A couple times during the trip we were able to find the right size, a couple times we had to do without. I guess it's the luck of the day.

We were there last week and had no problems finding 2 jackets everyday. I did have my DD wear it to the room once when we took a potty break and she was nervous the lifeguards would yell at her. I have to say finding life vests at POFQ was a nice perk- no boat float for my 2.5 yo and my 4 yo loved being w out swimmies.

I was there a few weeks ago and you sign it out at the marina. They told me that as long as you stay at the resort you can keep it and return it on your last day.
