CSR standard, beginning of August, 8 nights 25% off. There seems to be a ticket deal, 6 days get one free. Didn't use that.

Offer Excludes: French Quarter, All Star Movies, Mermaid Rooms, GF Villas, 3-bedroom Villas, and Campsites

I applied for the card a couple of weeks ago. For future reference, how do you get notification of discounts, through email? I'm hoping for the FDD deal for the Fall. Thanks!

Do you have list of what resorts are what percentage off? It looks like Contemporary may only be 20% off. Bummer!

I tried to modify my 8/15-8/16 reservation in Nemo suites, but there weren't any available, only Lion King and cars. Since the rest of our trip is booked with PIN discount 8/17-20 and FD bounceback 8/20-25, there was no way I was switching out of Nemo for the first two days, especially to save only $68. But thanks for the heads up about the discount! Good luck to everyone else!:)

I wonder why only a 25% at BC?

YC needed to fill more rooms than BC. This goes back to people pre booking reservations. Disney looks at resorts and how many rooms they have booked and offers discounted rooms to fill resorts with less bookings.

I wonder why only a 25% at BC?

I just saved $1200 on our BWI trip this July for 8 nights. So excited!!!

I wonder too :confused3 We are booked in a standard at the BC for July 15-21, I was hoping for a 35% off. It looks like there are only Garden and above at the YC and BC for those dates. I guess I will wait and see Monday. Did the "offical" dicount come out? Can someone post it here? Thanks so much! ;)

I edited because I see someone answered and said the discounts are really all over the place. This really is a great place for all Disney info!

I just applied for the card this past Saturday and was approved. I haven't even received the card in the mail yet, but I used it in the disney store that day for my purchase. I have other chase accounts and it's already showing online linked with my other chase accounts. How do you receive notification about the deals. I saw it mentioned on the boards last night, but when I go to the disney site I don't see it listed.

On another note, I'm planning to book today but wish I could use my new disney card. The chase site doesn't give the entire account number (I'm sure for security purposes). Anybody know anyway I'd be able to use the card before I have it in my possession?

I was able to get a 35% discount at GF for a GV room July 23 - 29.

Tried CR BLV but was only a 20% disc. Poly only had LV and GV CL rooms avail for a discount(did not ask rate since rack is so high). CBR was a 25% disc on a SV room.

I received 20% a 4 night stay at CBR for June 20-24. I would like to have stayed longer in hopes of a larger discount, but my hubby is set on spending a couple days on the beach, so I was happy to get some discount!

Would I be able to apply the discount to the first 3 days of my reservation or would I have to make it 2 separate reservations? Linda :)

We got 35% off the GF GV room for July 16-25 as well as ticket discount. Cast member said 5% or something. Saved just shy of $2000! :-)

pirate:
This is what my Travel Agent indicated about the discount: "I already checked on this offer for you this morning and you cannot come in before the 15th to get the discount. Most dates Disney is not giving discounts on the moderate resorts for rooms that accommodate more than 2 in the room. French Quarter is even completely blacked out for all dates. This offer is very limited with tons of policies associated with it. The only way to even try to get it is to split your stay into 2 reservations. You will have to check out and back in and there is no guarantee that you can stay in the same room.

We just saved shy of $1300 on our BWI CL trip for end of July through beginning of August using the Visa discount. So excited!!!

This is why I started this thread. It can help people out, especially since discounts are based on resorts, room categories and length of stay. Any discount is good, but it's all over the place.

Just to add ... reservation was for YC garden view room, 6+ nights. End of June through early July compared to a BC garden view.

I wonder too :confused3 We are booked in a standard at the BC for July 15-21, I was hoping for a 35% off. It looks like there are only Garden and above at the YC and BC for those dates. You would still save with the garden view Visa discount over a standard view without any discount or AAA which I believe was 15%. Plus a guaranteed improved view. BC, unfortunately, does have some not so lovely views of the parking lot/roof tops.

Then, you could always check on Monday for a discount on standard rooms that could save you more which would make up for the lesser view.

Good luck.
