I think it is a booth in Mythos, Sneetch Beach, the old Island Skipper Tours at POE, in front of the JP Discovery Center, or the back paths beside Popeye in Toon Lagoon.

alright guys Rocketman is warm: Camp Jurassic is the area of the park. Now all you have to do is narrow down the place, it never sees the light of day.

But if it never sees the light of day...the amber mines around Pteranodon Flyers are very dark and never see the light of day.
