Let's celebrate this "babymoon" GRAND style!! COMPLETED

Great update! Sorry that you had to use a wheelchair...I've been to WDW while pregnant with both my kids, but I was only 2 1/2 months and 5/6 weeks along.

I have heard rumors of them changing Soarin'...it would be Soarin over the World. Not WDW...the entire world! I don't know how I feel about this because Soarin' is my absolute favorite ride in all of WDW. I love listening to the music and imagining the smells. I don't want it changed!!!

Wow that would be pretty cool! I love the smells too and listen to the music as often as possible. Hopefully they'll still incorporate some good scents into this new movie if they do make a new one.

I think that was a wise decision to use a wheelchair. There's absolutely no point pushing it if you were uncomfortable, especially when you still have a few more days to go.

I have to agree that I've always been a little bit confused by the whole California flight on the version of Soarin in EPCOT. Personally, what I'd love to see happen is for them to take a page from Star Tours and make the flight in Soarin something a little more random. Maybe have a few different flights you could potentially end up on, but you won't know which one you get until you're on it.

Great TR once again, just getting caught up today. It is so cute how you keep shopping for baby. Disney has so many cute things, it makes it very difficult to decide on what to buy!
I just love BLT, what a beautiful room, view and location to be in. So close to the MK. I just love how you can beat the crowds by just walking back after Wishes. Did you watch Wishes from the lounge too?
Your dinner at BOG sounds very nice, I wonder if the crowds will every subside?

Love the baby onesie. Too cute! Good call on the wheelchair. No sense wearing yourself out with so much more trip to go.

Looking forward to more!

In no time at all, you will be exploring the Seas pavilion with your own little guy. Disney World is going to become even more exciting than it ever has been.

As much as I would miss the music, I bet Imagineers could do an incredible job with Soarin' Around the World! Wouldn't it be cool to fly over the Grand Canyon, beautiful waterfalls of Hawaii, and the Great Wall of China? :thumbsup2

Sunshine Seasons does have good pork chops - and chicken, too. They are so moist and tender.

hey mama! i don't know if you remember me but my other username was jenniferkeala808..from Hawaii. Last time I was on here was 2010!! And wow!! you're expecting! Huge congratulations to your and your 'ohana! Well, i'm gonna go back and catch up on your TR!! I'm so glad I found you again! See you later!

Great update! I agree that Soarin' should have something to do with Florida! I think it is in need of a refurb. But still love it.

Great funny face!!

Subscribing!! I never manage to get in on the beginning of your TRs!

I must say, I am loving your maternity wear! That tshirt and dress are adorable!

Haha, loving Little Guy's SE face!

Those lines do look long.
Every time we eat breakfast at Sunshine Seasons it is always empty. Not sure why being they have a good selection.
I think Soarin’ should be random like Star Tours. 50 different scenes. LOL. I would love to work in Living With the Land. What a nice job that would be. Sorry got sidetracked.
Great update and pics.

Awesome update!

Glad to hear that your ride in the wheelchair was voluntary. I wasn't sure if you weren't feeling good and had no choice but to be in it. :thumbsup2

Yay for matching onesies! :cool1: It's such a cute one.

I love that LG is so attached to your DH. It looks like your DH is so ready to become a dad!

And I completely agree with you on Soarin'. I've been to WDW 3 times and still haven't been on it because i'm on it all the time at Disney's California Adventure. You'd think the big guys would be hearing all of our complaints and change the movie! I know FL isn't the prettiest, but it would be cool if the did Soarin' Through WDW! Like going through DTD, AK, DHS, the Water Pagent, and ending up with the MK. That would be amazing!

Yeah, I figured I better not push myself if I was already getting tired.

I wish we could get a picture of our boys together in their matching onesies!

Little Guy and DH definitely have a bond. I was dating DH when LG was born, so he's just always been a part of his life!

I like your Soarin' idea!

Hi girl! It was definitely interesting being pregnant while at WDW. I think it went okay!

Hmm...I hope it is still a neat ride!

Yeah, I thought the same thing!

Ooooh random flights! That would be interesting!

Awesome pics!

Thanks!

I'm glad you're enjoying it!

It's so hard not to buy everything in sight! Ha!

You'll see later in the TR; we did watch Wishes from the Lounge!

I think BOG is going to be popular for awhile. If you can't get into there for dinner, definitely make an attempt for lunch!

I cannot wait to take him to WDW!!! You know that will be a fun trip for us.

Yes I remember you! I've missed you!!

Great updates! I love making funny faces on SE ;)

Haha, it's funny for your future video at the end of the ride!

Hopefully, they will catch on to our ideas!

Way to go, Little Guy - such a good funny face!!! :thumbsup2

He did good!

It would be neat working at LWTL!

I know I'm late but I'm finally caught up.

LG has grown up so much. I know he must be enjoying this trip so much since he can do more.

You're just adorable pregnant. Congrats to you and DH. I know you'll make great parents. Someday soon we'll be reading about your little one's first trip.

Sunshine Seasons is our favorite CS in Epcot. We just keep going back. Did anyone get the shortcake?

Looking forward to more.

He seems to be growing a lot these days!

Thanks so much. I can't wait to share his first trip once it happens!

I think Dad had the shortcake!

~May 24, 2013 – It’s a meteor shower!~

*Life Update: I hope everyone had a good 4th of July! We were busy busy! We went to a car show, a couple cookouts, and painted the baby’s room! However, the baby did not like the fireworks! Our 3D/4D ultrasound is coming up on Wednesday, the 17th! I’ll probably post a picture of that and June and July baby bumps!*

Back at WDW…we left off getting on the monorail to the TTC. While we were pulling up to the TTC, we could see all the cars of people who were busy over at the MK enjoying the 24 hour party! We also got a glimpse of the Contemporary and BLT. If you look hard enough, you can see our room!

Once at the TTC, we went down the ramp and up the other ramp to the Resort monorail line.

Luckily Uncle is strong and was able to carry sleeping Little Guy the whole way! We said goodbye to Uncle at the GF.

I was so excited to be back at the GF and smell that GF “smell”. The GF holds a special place in my heart. It was where we stayed on my very first trip when I was 3 and for several trips after that. And another good memory of the GF can be summed up into two words: Full House! C’mon, you know what episode I’m talking about!

We checked out the gift shop right by the doors to the monorail. I love looking out the windows there. It has a good view of the new pool and the DVC construction:

After doing some browsing, we headed to the stairs. As weird as it sounds, I love these stairs. When I was little, I thought they were so beautiful.

At the bottom of the stairs, we saw a bride and her bridesmaids! They all looked so beautiful. But, the bride looked like she was miserable. She was yelling at them and the photographer. She was not smiling and just seemed to not be happy at all. *Remember her for later!*

We made our way outside to the main pool area for some drinks. I decided to try a non-alcoholic mango margarita. It was really good! We found a bench in the shade and enjoyed our drinks while taking in the views.

We talked about Narcoosee’s and 1900 PF, both places we enjoy eating. We also talked about what we wanted to do on our next trip when we take the baby for his first time! We are playing with the idea of going next October 2014 for the F&W Festival. I’ve been dying to do that.

As we left our bench and headed back to the lobby, I took a picture so you could see where we were sitting.

We hopped back on the Resort monorail back to BLT. Once we made it up to the room, we woke Little Guy up so he would have some time to swim before our dinner ADR. While the guys headed to the pool, Mom and I headed to Contempo Café to get our free refillable mugs! I decided to use mine right away and got some Sprite to take down the pool.

The CM was nice enough to give us a bag for the rest of the mugs, so we could just carry them down to the pool with us. And luckily, when we got down there, a table in the shade was open!

Enjoying a new mug:

They swam for a little bit, then we headed back up to the room. In the hallways, there are windows looking out to the pool. Here’s the view from our floor:

Little Guy was so excited about tonight’s dinner because we were eating at T-Rex! He has always had a fascination with dinosaurs. We have these flashcards that give information about each dinosaur. When he was younger, we used to have to go through the cards more than once! Eventually, he had their names memories and knew what being a carnivore, herbivore, and omnivore meant. So, needless to say, he was pretty pumped to be eating there.

We sat at the bus stop and jumped for joy when we saw our bus:

Like always, he sat next to me on the bus. I explained to him what things were as we went by them. And before we knew it, we were pulling into DTD! We stayed on at the first stop and got off at the second. As we walked through the parking lot and got closer to the restaurant, he turned around to me and said: “Take a picture of that! This is gonna be awesome!”

We walked around the corner and there were people waiting EVERYWHERE. Dad got in line to check us in. Luckily, all those people waiting did not have ADR’s. Dad heard the CM tell someone without an ADR that the wait was 2 hours!! We only had to wait 10 minutes, which we spent looking around the gift shop.

As we were taken to our table, we were all looking around in amazement! This restaurant was so neat! Here are our views from our table:

Every 20 minutes or so, the lights and dinosaurs go crazy because…it’s a meteor shower! It was so neat. Little Guy was in awe of the whole thing. And we all had really great meals. Unfortunately, I didn’t write down what we got! I do remember we got the Colosso nachos for an appetizer. They had all these good toppings like ground beef, sour cream, queso sauce, guacamole, and pico de gallo! It was so good. I really recommend it!

We also had a really great waiter, so our overall experience with T-Rex was a success! We will definitely be bringing our little one here when he’s older!

After dinner, Little Guy and DH had only one thing on their minds: the Lego store!

The guys headed in there while Mom and I went to the WoD store. We didn’t know how long we each would be, so we decided to just meet back at BLT later.

In WoD, we decided to finally get everything we had been seeing and wanting to get for the baby. And with the ability to send it to our Resort, we didn’t have to carry it around for the rest of the night! Here’s what we got:

A Buzz Lightyear onesie and sweatshirt, a Lightning McQueen shirt, and a Mickey shirt:

See Lady in the corner? She was my helper for these pictures.

A train, ABC blocks, and Mufasa and Zazu toy that makes sounds and rolls:

We stopped at the Photopass place and bought our pictures before heading to the Christmas store. I was so mad that they were still sold out of Baby’s 1st Christmas ornaments! So, we left that store empty handed and decided to look at the Christmas store in Liberty Square sometime.

As we were heading out the door, it started raining! We decided to just head to the bus stop right near there. We had to wait forever for a bus! The Contemporary bus stop shares with WL and GF, but our still had not come, so we got on the GF bus when it came. As we pulled up to the second stop at DTD, guess who got on our bus…the guys! They had been waiting a long time too and had the same idea we had!

They had spent that whole time in the Lego store! Little Guy showed me his new big police station he bought with his own money that he had been saving for quite awhile now. He was really proud that he bought it all by himself!

Once back at the GF, we headed into the lobby to go up to the monorail. But, as we were walking inside, guess who we saw?! That bride from earlier! She was yelling at her mom and dad about something and still did not look happy at all. Looks like she did not have a fun day!

In the lobby, the band was playing:

We enjoyed the music all the way to the monorail. Back at Contemporary, we were walking across the walkway to BLT when we saw the outdoor movie for BLT playing! It was Tangled! I love that movie.

And back in the room, we hung out and put in the Avengers. Little Guy and DH got to work on the newest purchase:

I ended up going to bed before the movie was over, so I don’t know how much longer they stayed out there. I was getting ready for bed when I heard this loud music. I peeked out our curtain and saw the water parade going on! I watched that for a few minutes before I really needed to go to bed. It was a neat little ending to such a busy day!

~Up next: The girls and guys split up!~

Aww, love all of the stuff you got for the baby! That will be a lot of fun when you guys take him on his first trip. :goodvibes

I can't believe how fast the construction at the GF villas seems to be going! I can't wait to stay there.

As we walked through the parking lot and got closer to the restaurant, he turned around to me and said: “Take a picture of that! This is gonna be awesome!”

That's a great 'capture' of the moment! :thumbsup2

Too bad that bride couldn't enjoy her special day. Hope she stopped to appreciate the money and time that went into a wedding at the Grand Floridian!

I bet the boys really enjoyed their Lego session. Brooklynn is getting into the girly Lego set a little.

I like the shirts you got for the baby. :)
