Well, not much exercise yesterday and I was a tad snacky, but it I did manage to control it.
I spent most of the day tying up lose ends, getting my accounting program ready to begin the new year, and setting up the program for the new store. So needless to say, I sat alot.......well there was always the jumping up and down out of my chair, but I don't think that counts as exercise.
Water was a little more than 1/2 my goals and I stopped eating at 8pm....until I found myself up late with work, then I grabbed a few slices of ham, just to keep things light and settle the growling.
For lunch, I grabbed a small bag of Cheetos, then I was still hungry, but managed to salvage things by eating some ham, a banana, and milk. Go me!
PM snack was a little late and I had a few pretzels. Supper was 1 large pancake and 2 slices of bacon. Then a little later I had popcorn and ALMOST at the whole bag, but managed to stop. So not bad, definitely a work in progress.
Breakfast: english muffin, 4 slices ham, 1/2 c milk, hot tea (not much breakfast food around today)
AM snack: maybe some veggies or I will skip
Lunch: Chinese buffet (this will probably be the last time DH and I get lunch together for a few months)
Supper: Not sure, it depends on how hungry I am and where I am. Normally Chinese can leave me full for the rest of the day.
Goals for today:
1. 48 oz water
2. straighten my office
3. maybe 15 min exercise
I have a meeting tonight that I can't get out of so that is throwing things off a little today since I have to leave in the late afternoon to get there and help set up. Oh well. It might be another late night.
