If we can't get an ADR for Le'Cellier, what are the chances of us getting a table (without a 90 minute wait) by just walking up. We are a family of 4, it would be on a Tuesday evening in Mid-March?

I have the reservation for 1:30 in the afternoon, but I would much prefer dinner.

Hi,

Mid-March is spring break seaon, and Le Cellier is probably the most popular restaurant in Epcot these days. I would keep calling Disney Dining every day (even after you arrive) to see if there has been a cancellation. No one knows for sure, but I certainly would not count on getting a walk-in table.

Good luck!

I say good luck! Your better off eating your dinner at lunch. LC is very hard to get ress.

Anything is possible, but not probable.March is very busy and Le Cellier is extremely popular.During Sept I counted (while I was waiting past my adr time for my table) 10 groups come in and told no walk ups were being accepted.

I think your chances are very slim indeed. The restauarants do not hold back tables for walkups. They make ADR's for all seatings available. If they were able to accomodate you they would give you an ADR.
On our last 2 visits, multiple (and all) groups were told there were no walk ups being taken.
I agree to keep calling as there may be cancellations.
Good Luck

Whenever we eat at LeCellier for dinner we see lots of people being turned away because they don't take walk-ups.
Your best bet is to call disney dining as often as possible to catch a cancellation.
If all fails, I'd rather do lunch than take the risk of being turned away. :scared:

Mid-March without and ADR for dinner? I would say your chances are about nill. Sorry, but this place continues to be popular. I have been to dinner at Le Cellier in January and they were not accepting walkups!

I'd keep that lunch ressie and enjoy... i've been trying for this month for months and no luck lunch or dinner. :(

unlikely. We saw lots of people turned away on an uncrowded day in november.

I can't get rez's 30 days in advance so not counting on walk up.
You can only phone every day hoping there will be a cancellation.

I'd say good luck with that, based on what I've read here. I'd take the lunch ressie and then hey, during dinner time you can hit a park and have less lines!! Heck yeah!!

LeCellier is the one restaurant we all want to return to despite our "rule" that we can't eat at the same place we've eaten at on previous trips. LOL!

We went in January (supposedly a slow time of year) the first time with no ADRs and tried to get a table at Le Cellier for lunch. We were told that they were booked completely for the next week.

I'd say zilch! I haven't seen Le Celier take a walk-up in years, and March is a popular time! You're much better off to keep calling the dining line and looking for a cancellation. Otherwise, be happy with the ressie you already have!

I am noticing a trend..... :rotfl2:

I will keep my Lunch reservation...

"Zero point Zero" I take it a fellow fan of HS.....aka "the name we don't mention Disney boards"

For that many people, probably not, but you never know unless you try (and keep trying). A 90 minute wait sounds reasonable to me, but I've not tried it personally, and certainly haven't tried with so many people. Good luck!

In the past we have had pretty good luck getting ADRs the day of...or just an hour or so before..we wanted one, calling from our room. When you think of it, that's when alot of under the weather, or exhausted tripsters are going to cancel. Worth a try..

We've eaten here quite a few times with ADRs but once a couple of years ago, during free dining, we walked up and got a table for 4 at 6:30 PM without a wait. The CM said they just had a cancellation. Talk about good luck! Very unusual though.
