Leaving Tomorrow

I am leaving at 8:45 tomorrow morning from the PIT airport. Have to be there early....but we are going to DISNEY!!!!! SO here is my question.

I did not receive my lug tags! Would I be better off getting my own luggage or going ahead to the service counter and telling the Disney person there so that they get my luggage?

I am taking a carry in with just clothes so we can at least swim. I will buy sun block at the resort if I have too. Or can the spray cans of sun block be allowed on??????

I just want a easy transition between airport and resort but would like to know that I will still receive luggage even though I don't have tags.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You could make your own tags - the tags are bright yellow - so if you used bright yellow tape and wrote the name of your resort on them it would get the attention of the ME baggage handlers, then, when you check in at the ME desk, they will probably ask for a description of your bags. You could also just pick up your own bags from baggage claim and they will load them on the bottom of the bus.

I would call Disney and see what they suggest. It may be easier to pick up your own luggage at MCO (just so it doesn't get lost).
