Leaving tommorrow!, but quick question...

Me and the misses will be on the road in less than 24 hours! But have a question. I should remember this since we just went to disney back in August... We are staying at the Boardwalk Villas and I know we can walk to Epcot/MGM. Do the disney busses travel from one theme park to another? We'll have our car down there and plan on park hopping. Even if we start our day off at Epcot, are we better off taking our car instead of relying on bus service to get around the parks? Thanks!!

I am soooo jealous!!! They do have buses that go park to park. If you are at MGM and need to go to Epcot take the boat and vice versa. Have a great trip!!

I can answer part of your question, they do have transportation between theme parks. As far as what is quicker, I'm not certain but I'd have to say that by the time you walked or took the tram to your car and then drove to the next park, went through the toll booth and then parked and walked to the entrance, you can probably be there via the bus.

the buses generally do not travel from park to park....they travel from hotel to park, park to hotel...or downtown disney...they also don't go from hotel to hotel.....ask at the front desk what's the best and fastest way to get where you want to go...they know best...HAVE A MAGICAL TIME!!!!

Buses definitely travel between theme parks. They do not go from resort to resort. We were just there in January and park hopped using buses and the monorail. Just look for the bus you want outside the entrance to the park. I usually always rely on Disney transporation.

There most definately is transportation between the parks. How else could WDW sell park hopper passes if you couldn't park hop.

There are direct, non stop busses between
MGM Epcot
MGM AK
MGM TTC(MK)
AK Epcot
AK TTC(MK)

And there is the monorail between Epcot and TTC (MK)

There is also boat service between MGM and Epcot


And as Tyler has said many many times, "Do not trust transportation information from any CM unless they are wearing purple pants". (Bus and monorail drivers wear purple pants).
