Leaving today!

Hi all

We are leaving for the airport in a few hours and just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all your help and advice as usual everything is invaluable!

DD woke up this morning with a black eye from knocking her head on a slide yesterday! I'm hoping that it won't show up too much on the pics.

We haven't managed to check in online, as I presume VA are re jigging the seating as find my seat is also unavailable at the moment. Hopefully if we get to MAN pretty early tomorrow then we should be able to get seats together, I hope that they won't split us up if we have the kids with us.

Staying at the Premier Inn at Heald Green tonight. Dizzyredhead stayed there last night and said that it was fine. Their flight(TCX) was delayed for an hour this morning but hopefully they are well and truly on their way now.

I don't know if we will have much access to wifi while we are there but if we do then I will try and post some updates on this thread if anyone is interested. I will no doubt be taking lots of piccies!

Most things are packed now, just got to load up the car and then we will be on our way

Try not to worry too much about not sitting together we have never been split from the kids although personally around 5 hours in I wonder if it would be a small blessing if we ever were

We have arrived at the Premier Inn it's basic but fine for the night and at only £39 with free parking we can't moan. Kids are so excited we are just watching Indiana Jones

Then off to find somewhere to eat.
