We will be at MK on June 18th and are trying to figure out if it would be best to stay in the park for dinner or make a ADR at one of the resorts along the boat/monorail line. DH is a very picky eater, as well as DD and DS. I am the only one who is a little more adventurous. We will be making an ADR at Liberty Tree for lunch but are really stuck with dinner. Should we just go to a counter service that has more of the foods we like, or leave the park? We are not staying on the property. Any ideas, suggestions or opinions are much appreciated.

If you are doing a sit down lunch I would just do counter service dinner. 2 sit down meals is a lot of food ands lot of downtime.

If you want a sit down meal I am picky and enjoyed ohanas at the Polynesian. We just rode the monorail.

It would depend on what kind of touring style you prefer. If you are looking at trying to squeeze in as many attractions and rides as you can I would have a counter service dinner. If you prefer a more laid back style and you are thinking you may need an extended break off of your feet for a while you will probably want to have a table service meal at one of the monorail resorts.

IMO, I would just do CS in the park as you are losing 1.5 hours of park time doing a TS lunch. OTOH as the pp suggested if you like that down time, by all means do another TS. My kids are all about the rides and they wouldn't want to do a second sit down.
