Leaving Magic Bands at ME?

I are meeting a friend that is sharing my room with my boys and I. We are on the same reservation but I am the first in the ressie so everything is coming to me. I will have her magic bands, which isn't a problem because our flights arrive within 30 minutes of each other. Would you think it's best to mail her bands to her in case one of our flights is delayed? What would you use to mail them? I could also keep them and leave them at the ME counter if her flight has a major delay.

I wouldn't leave MBs at the DME counter! Good way for them to get lost. Rather....I would make a copy of the voucher for DME, in the booklet that you receive in the mail, and send that to your friend. Then she can just show that as she goes to the bus lines.
Worst case scenario is that she has to go to the counter and get checked in. They will look up your/her reservation in the system and print her out a voucher for her ride.

I have a similar situation next month, although in my case the second person is coming 2 days later. I just mailed her the ME coupon & luggage tag. I'll give her the magic band when she gets to the resort.

You may want to get their MBs to them before your trip as the possibilty exists that your flight has a major delay while theirs doesn't. In that case, they could always drop the bags at the hotel and use the MBs for the parks until you arrive.
