Hello All!!!!
In October I will be Visiting and Going for ONE day to Both Parks. I have a 5yr/2yr/2month old that will be Traveling with me. I am Staying at a Hotel that will Transport us to Orlando at 8am then Leaving the Park at 5:30. We will be Bringing our Car but If I can save Money on Parking I will be Willing to do that!!! The Only thing I want to know is if you Think That will be Enough Time in the Parks??? I don't know what time the parks Close, but Like I said we are Only going for One day and spending our time between the Both. And my little ones wont be able to ride much so Just Wondering on your Opinions if you think that's enough time or we should just take the Car???
Thanks so much for your help!!!

You'll have to nail down your day since October is Halloween Horror Nights at the Studios and the park closes at 5PM on those nights. IOA stays open until 7PM but check the date. You could go to the Studios first and then head over to IOA for the afternoon and evening. Since your kids are so young, you shouldn't have any problems doing what you want at both parks.

when you have littles, it is an added bonus to take your care in case you can not stay with a scheduled shuttle time.

you don't want to be locked into a set time in case you need to leave to return to your hotel.

if you take the shuttle and must leave early due to the littles, you would end up using a taxi.

i feel it would be worth it to drive and pay the parking fee.
you would not have to carry your needed items for the kids while in the park then. you would have the option of storing extra clothes, rain gear, etc in the car and would have easy access to those items then.

what is the date in october for your day in the park?

weekday/weekend?

on the set hhn dates, the studios close early.

hard to say if you could do both parks that day without knowing the date.

Do you have another adult traveling with you? To each their own, but I cannot imagine tackling either park by myself with three kiddos that young. It'd be impossible to ride ANY rides, and really it'd be difficult to see any shows... I guess I'm confused as to what, exactly, you DO want to accomplish/see at the parks?

With children that age, 8:00am-5:00pm will be an extremely long day. I would be more inclined to take my own car than rely on hotel transportation. Think of the parking fee as insurance -- and it will be a minimal expense in the big scheme of things. With kids that young, we all know you can't push things too far and "plans" often go out the window and you may find yourself needing to leave the park(s) much earlier than anticipated.

Pay for the parking - definitely. Anything can happen with kids and you would have to leave. You are trying to save money on parking, but think of what a taxi may cost you. Bless you - I wouldn't even go to Walmart with 3 kids that young by myself.:rotfl2:

LOL The Walmart Comment was Funny!!! Im Pretty used to it by Now, Being 7 Months Pregnant with my 2 Right now going everywhere with them!!!
Well the Added info, I will be having my Husband with me, so it Wont just be me!! I will be going to IOA/US on Oct 26th which is a Saturday. We Wont be attending the Nighttime Horror events!! But we Are doing the Character Breakfast and I saw the Parade was at 5pm, But if the Park Closes at 5pm, Will they still have the Parade or Move up the Time?? I don't want to miss that because our Character Breakfast gives us VIP Seating for the Parade!
I know it does Sound like a Long day but all in all, I don't think it really is that bad. We will be having our Breakfast about 9:30, then taking out time through the park with ride wait times and being the kids 1st trip shows and all is a Must. Then Lunch time and baby feedings will take up time, then back to more rides and shows. Then of course the Parade, I think while we are there time will Fly by and My only concern was if it would be Enough time!! I know anything can happen, but I think time will get the best of us!!!
Let me know of anymore Info that would be Helpful!!!!
Thanks so much!!!!

they won't have the 5:00 parade that date.
they will announce a time change if it is to be held that date.

security will be clearing the park out once it is closing time/5.
