Leaving early in the morning for Universal!! 
One last question or two:
What is the absolute best time to arrive at DC to snag an early dolphin swim?
Can we get a cab from PBH on the fly that early in the morning - or do we need to call and have one come at the time we need? Will there be any available outside when we leave DC or should we arrange for that ahead of time as well?
Planning to use cab to/from Sea World as well and earlier I was told to use the safety and yellow cabs - they are outside of SW.
