leaving in less than a month, still no ME tags.

we're leaving in less than a month and still haven't received ME info...nothing. I called today about something else and was talking with the CM and asked her if there was someone I should call about it. she gave me a number, but said to wait until about a week before our trip, that they still had plenty of time to get here.

has anybody else had a long wait for them? I signed up for ME on august 14, so not sure if that's why its taking so long? should I really wait until about a week before we leave to call?

CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't have my DME stuff by two and a half weeks before my trip - while others here have reported getting the packet a month or more in advance. I called. They didn't have any travel information for me! Now, I know I don't NEED anything - DME did have my reservation - but still...
Anyway, I called last Thursday or Friday, and I received it via UPS Express this morning.
CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

eta: I gave my flight information to my travel agent back in April, so, no, making your reservation in August shouldn't be the cause of any delay. CALL!!!!!!!!!

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to this. We are leaving October 25. My SIL called Disney today to inquire why we hadn't received our ME tags yet. The CM told her that they send them out 7-21 days before your trip. I KNOW people have gotten them sooner, but apparently, the "official" word is 1-3 weeks. I'd call anyway.

I called on Fri (09/15) and they arrived today and I am in Canada. I can't imagine why it would have taken so long, I would call again and double check.

I'd call, in fact I did when my friend who is leaving the same day as we are received hers a week before us (we live 1 town over). When I spoke to the ME representative, they were very nice, confirmed my information and they told me when my info had been mailed from there. Turns out it just took the USPS a bit longer to get to my house. My documents actually arrived the following day - figures, huh?

I told my travel agent last week that I hadn't gotten them yet, she put in a new order and I got them today via UPS. Not sure if they normally come UPS or if they rushed them for us, I seem to recall getting them with our package documents last year in the regular mail.

This is sooo true. I have been told twice that they send them out 45 days before our trip. I don't think we received them that early last year, but I also Know that we didn't get them 1 week before our trip. I would call again.

I entered my info on line for ME last week and got my ME stuff yesterday. We are leaving on Oct 22 and not even using ME on flight down going to Vero but needed ME for flight home.....I would call.

thanks all! I finally called this morning and spoke with the nicest woman on the phone. she said she's sending the stuff right out. yay! check one more thing off the list. can't believe how fast this trip is coming up.
