Leaving in 8 days...some ?'s

First time posting but have been lurking a long time and reading some great tips from y'all!

My family is leaving May1-4...going to wet and wild first day, then IOF for 2 days and Universal on Sunday. We are staying at the RPH.

I have read about "dive-in"movies and wandering if anyone could tell me more about this.

Also, I did find out why the parks are closing early Friday and Sat(May2,3) they are having Grad Bash night from 8pm-2am. Wandering if this will keep come crowds out during day? I can only hope! haha

My first trip was 2 years ago, went with a girlfriend of mine. Last year we tok both our Dh's with us and this year we are taking our 10yo's(leaving my 7 and 5yo home this time)...and last minute tips will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Closing early? No. A 7pm closing is common for that time of year.

Instead of allocating two days at IOA and one day at USF, I would suggest park hopping. With your FOTL you will have lots of time to do big bits of both parks each day.

I agree with previous post with FOTL u will easily do all of both parks very comfortably hope u have a blast
