Leaving for RPR in less then 2 weeks, Should I request a tower?

Ok I am not even sure if you can do this or not, but should I try to request a specific tower for our stay at RPR? I just saw someone post a map of the resort and it looks like one of the towers is really far away from the pool and the beach where we plan on spending a lot of time. We will be there for 7 nights and have 2 kids.

I like 1 or 3. This is a great thread with excellent tower and room infor for RPR.

We like that too. If we are closer to the end if the hall we just go down the stairs and right onto the walkway.

This past trip we had a king suite right off the elevator. So we would just go down the elevator and through the pool area.

I request Tower 3 if I have a water view or Tower 1 if a std/garden view.

Tower 3 is closest to the boats. Hated Tower 2.
