Leaving after PTN parade

I'm thinking of getting the Aladdin's Oasis PTN package which puts us at It's a small world for the parade. I like that it is near the start of the parade since my 7 year-old is usually asleep by 7:40, the PTN's 8:50 start time is pushing the limit. Is it possible to get out of the park from that far back after the parade and before the fireworks? I don't feel like carrying the kid all the way back to the hotel (HoJo's).
Thanks

You can go by Matterhorn, through Tomorrowland (this will be a bottleneck) and hopefully the bypass near Plaza Inn will be open. Otherwise you'd have to go up Main St. I'd recommend walking through the stores. Depending on how crowded it is you'd likely hit Main St before the parade ends, but then you'd have to wait for it to pass. If you're going on a medium or high crowd day it might be worth paying for BB to be at the front of the park and get out much, much easier. Or just investing the time to get a spot that's easier to exit.

The bypass out of the park is between Coke Corner and Jolly Holiday. The bypass into the park starts between the hat shop and 60th shop (can't think of their names) and exits at Plaza Inn.

Follow the parade once it passes you, and then when you get to Jolly Holiday, there's a crossing there so you'd be able to duck out and then cut down the back bypass (if it's open).

If it's not, that sidewalk on Main Street should be moving. And then if it's super crowded, duck into the stores.

The guests following behind the parade from IASM were being blocked by crowd control when they reached the Hub, and forced to follow the sidewalk in front of the Castle (and no stopping).
I could not see where those guests were being directed (since the lights are off during the parade), but there have been posts about being forced into Frontierland.
(observed Mid-March)

Oh! In that case, go into Frontierland, use the bypass by the washrooms to Adventureland to cut in front of Jolly Holiday and around the side to the bypass - that's even better! Don't have to wait for the parade to negotiate the hub!
