Boardwalk View 2 Bedroom Close to Elevator - Open balcony

We usually request and always have been able to get a Boardwalk view room in the Crest of the Wave building (which we love) but it is very far from the elevator. This trip a few have mobility issues and would like to be close to the lobby/elevator but do not want a room with a closed balcony wall.

What should I request from member services that would give us a chance at a good balcony view?
