Least offensive third dinner choice in MK

Sad to hear all the negative reviews about Tony's. My wife and I honeymooned at Disney in 2000, and we ate at Tony's a bunch of times, okay like twice. And this August we will be back for our 16th Anniversary so I was thinking of going to Tony's with our kids. We still might do it just for the ambiance and to tell our kids about our honeymoon and how we ate there.

As for the OP question, I would most likely just do a QS or LTT.

My wife and I will never set foot in Tony's to eat again. Awful in every respect.

Crystal Palace is your basic buffet. Looks nice when they first put it out, horrible after the first few guests get their spoons into it. Food on the floor. Food on the counters. Not a particularly pleasant dining experience. My wife and I have done it maybe 10 times. Each time is worse than the time before. We're taking a break from it now.

The opposite side of the coin is Liberty Tree Tavern LUNCH. We've never had a bad meal there. Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake and the Pot Roast are a must-haves for us. We've not done dinner there, primarily because it's a fixed menu of Thanksgiving dinner. I read the review where someone compared the dinner to a frozen Stauffer's meal, but I know that the Turkey is fresh made daily, as is the ham and the pot roast. The mac and cheese IS frozen Stauffer's, if that makes a difference.

I wish that were true, but they don't even have dates on the website now. It currently reads check back for updates as the 2016 season approaches. Last year they left up Sept through Oct. with many people planning on early Sept. dates and then being disappointed. Although there were some sell out dates, there were still plenty that didn't sell out and some which had tickets up until that day before they ended up selling out. We were able to get discounted tickets day of for 2 nights in Sept. that one sight has listed as sold out dates which is how I know that they didn't sell out until day of if they did sell out. Of course we all want it to go back to having more options!! I would just hate to give someone hope at this time.

So that's why I'm assuming the party dates will follow suit as it's an extra add on to MNSSHP.
