Least Fave EVER!!!

We too wouldn't stay at the values. We paid 49/night the year we stayed and we got what we paid for. We had great CM's and good housekeeping so that wasn't an issue. It was just they were so small and other things.

Now I would go to a value before I stay offsite that is for sure. Or if I needed a cheap room for one night if we came in early.

I would not do any of the value resorts.

Contemporary I would do only if I could afford a tower room.

GF is also off my list... not my taste.

I am up in the air on FW cabins.

I just got back yesterday, and I have say, I could not be paid enough to stay in OKW again. The buses took forever!!!!!!!! The boat goes every 30 min. to Downtown Disney/Marketplace, There is no REAL snack bar. (Goods To Go really doesn't count)... And most of all... the service was abolutely awful!

We had hair (not ours) in the tub. The shower head was moldy. We had a leak in the ceiling that not only dripped constantly on to the floor infront of the Kitchenette/bathroom, but when the people above us flushed their toilet, it sounded like someone poured a glass of water onto the carpet. YUCK!

We complained the first night. They sent someone out at 11:00pm to fix it. (my kids were in bed by then). All he did was vaccum the ceiling. Then, It happened again the next night, and we had to ask to be moved.

Talk about unsanitary. Try keeping a baby from crawling into the puddle. We asked for towels for the puddle on the floor, and they told us we had to purchase a towel pack for $6.

They never said they were sorry, and never did anything to improve our stay (...so not the Disney way). :sad2: They seemed very irritated that we were complaining about the leak. They promised to fix it while we were gone the next day. Finally, on our 4th day, they fixed it. But... the damage was done.

And finally, It really didn't feel like I was at a Disney resort. The theme is not as good as the others. Also, I cannot stress enough how bad the transportation was. I think we spent 50% of our vacation on a bus.

On a better note... we had three meals at Olivia's, and I would take a bus there just to eat. It was excellent.

Also, I Would not stay in the All star's again. They are very noisy, and the sheets feel like tissue paper. :rolleyes2

:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: Wow, you were more patient than I think I would have been. Did they finally move you? Sorry you had this experience.

Sorry - that was just funny. I don't normally laugh at those Beavis/Butthead type things - but this one just struck me funny. :thanks:

Would never stay at Coronadao Springs.....I live in AZ so I don't want to stay in a resort that reminds me of home!

Don't think I would like AKL either. I love animals and all but the decor just didn't do anything for me. (We ate at Boma on our last trip)

I would love to stay at a deluxe but I don't see that happening any time soon. I have been to the Contemporary but that was back in 76!!!! Would like to stay there in a tower room w/ a view of MK!

The Grand Floridian made me dizzy. The wallpaper was awful!! The Poly's room smelled old. I wasn't impressed with it at all.

I felt the same way about the Boardwalk wallpaper. It was way too busy. The Boardwalk Villas have a more muted decor, which I liked a lot.

I would stay any where for a trip to DW. My first choice is on site but if I had to, it could be off site too. So many people never get the chance to experience the magic of DW...I feel lucky to be able to stay in an All Star since it's all we could ever afford. It's still Disney.
