Least expensive table service meal in a park or Resort?

I get that it depends on what is ordered…but overall, is there one that is good, maybe even a must, and not crazy priced? For reference, 5 people - 2 adults, 2 teens, and a 10 yr old.

A few that might meet your needs:
Geyser Point @ WL
Kona Cafe @ Poly
Flamingtree BBQ @ AK
Katsura Grill, Epcot (weather permits sit at an outdoor table; beautiful landscaping!) this is a QS.
Yorkshire Fish and Chips or a bigger menu at Rose & Crown. Both in Epcot

It's a QS, but the food (which I think is stellar) is delivered to your table. Cloth napkins and silverware in a really nice, comfortable setting with great pricing. Primo Piatto at Riviera. We ate dinner there 3 nights in a row because of the value, portion size and quality of the food. The CM's there are terrific too.

I've heard really good things about Sebastian's Bistro, at Caribbean Beach Resort: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/caribbean-beach-resort/sebastians-bistro/menus

I also agree with the poster above that Primo Piatto is excellent, though it's technically more upscale-QS rather than TS.

Steakhouse 71 at The Contemporary Resort is an EXCELLENT lunch at reasonable (for WDW) price:

Sanaa, at Animal Kingdom Lodge, is a great option for ordering multiple rounds of appetizers for a tapas-style dinner (I was there last week!)

In the parks, there are probably a few options at Epcot, like Coral Reef or Rose and Crown. These may not have the best food in the world (though I'm partial to Rose and Crown myself) but they're less expensive than a lot of other TS options around WDW.

Prices range by quite a bit.
IMO too much to give a specific restaurant that overall has the least expensive options.
My suggestion would be to just look at the menus and decide for yourself because what I'd consider to be good others may not.
Generally if you stick to a sandwich at a TS location that offers a sandwich that's going to be one of the least expensive options on the menu.

Agreed! We took the skyliner there after our morning at DHS en route to Disney Springs. Enjoyed our late lunch, only thing I would say is not enough seating, it’s obviously very popular and we had to wait for a table.

Many of the TS are actually pretty reasonable depending on how you order of course. For me lately...Steakhouse 71 best bang for your buck.

Whispering canyon at WL Breakfast/Lunch. The skillets are endless 26 a person (as of now) each person can order a different skillet and the will refill what you liked with a note that if a person decides to not order the skillet they can not eat from one.

for that size group, ordering the largest size pizza at Via Napoli and splitting it wouldn't be all that bad

Think Ale and Compass at the Yacht Club would be a good place for your to consider for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Maybe not the 'least expensive table service meal in a park or resort', I didn't compare all the pricing, but it's 'relatively' easy on the pocketbook, a very nice restaurant in a beautiful resort, plus close to Boardwalk, Skyliner, and International Gateway, too.
Wherever you go, Squishie, sure hope you have a magical time!

I was going to suggest breakfast at Ale & Compass- you can’t beat the price for the buffet + choice of entree. We ate a late breakfast on our arrival day at Yacht last month (super early flight obviously) and really enjoyed it. I had really just booked it for convenience but would make the effort to eat there again even if we aren’t staying at Yacht/Beach.
