We will be staying at BWV the first full week of March. I checked the DW website to look at park hours and found an interesting tidbit of information. Now I consider myself pretty knowledgable in all things WDW, but I guess since I have always in the past traveled at busier times I thought there were EMH for evening and morning every day at given park. WRONG. No EMH for Tues, WED and Thurs evenings of our trip and this one baffles me no EMH morning for the Friday of our trip! Learn something new everyday!!

I think at one point there were because when I planning for our upcoming February vacation I remember thinking the same thing too!

One morning EMH and one evening EMH for each park per week is typical. Except I think AK has eliminated evening EMH and added additional morning. They sometimes add more if they expect big crowds.

That's what I remember, too. I don't ever recall there being an EMH morning AND an EMH evening every single day of the week.

We usually go in mid-late September and that's one of the downfalls I always felt - EMH were limited and mostly in the morning if your lucky. I like the evening EMH's much better since I'm more of an "night owl". The nights of MNSSHP are really the only late nights.

Often true (or close to it) in the summer and during holiday periods. But, the March schedule is very typical for the rest of the year.

I wish there was a time of the year with NO EMH. I hate trying to adjust our schedule to avoid those parks.

I've rarely taken advantage of EMH, I have done the evening a few times but not many. I usually pick a park the day after it has EMH and have had pretty good luck with that strategy. I would actually like to do morning EMH's but I am usually the only one willing to be ready early enough to take advantage!

Now I've never tried the Mornings. I don't understand the logic. It seems that in order to save time and enjoy shorter lines during the extra magic hour, you have to get up early and "stand in line" outside the park so as to get in right away.

It's no different than getting there at rope drop on a non-EMH day. It is a great way to get a jump on a day because so many (including me) just will not get up that early..we are on vacation after all! I'd do it if it was solely up to me, but I usually wake up early vacation or not.

I totally agree. I can't seem to sleep past 6:00 am even when I'm on vacation! For so many years I'd get up early for work that now, even retired I wake up early. :confused3

Yikes. The best part of vacation is the sleeping in! Now if I could just get my kids on board with that. ;)

We typically travel in Jan and Oct so that may be why, but I have always had good luck with evening emh and access to rides. Never tried the mornings.
