Le Cellier menu question

We will be going to Le Cellier for lunch in June. I was looking at the menu and wondered if anybody had ever had the appetizer celebration of salmon for their main entree? How was it?

Haven't tried it myself but DM had it is July and she loved it. Hope this helps?

The salmon apetizer was delicious. I had it two weeks ago. The pan fried salmon was hot and perfectly done.

I comes on a long rectangle plate and beautifully presented. The portions were pretty generous.

If you like smoked salmon, I also had it at the Rose and Crown and that too was wonderful.
