Le Cellier, dinner menu questions...

My dd13 likes to plan ahead for WDW by reading menus (sniff, I'm so proud.)

She would like to know if you can get the maple bbq filet at Le Cellier without the sauce.
AND, if they carry A1 sauce. (I know, I know, but she REALLY likes A1 sauce.)
I think she would be happy with the plain filet they serve at lunch (with a demi glace), even if they don't have A1.

We don't care about the price difference, as we will be on the ddp.

i had the maple bbq filet in september - asked for the sauce to be left off entirely - wish i had asked for it "on the side" (because the steak was a little dry without it) - yes, they offer A1 steak sauce

my grandkids both had the free range chicken.....must of been a half of a bird ....HUGE portions and they loved it.......very moist ...I like my beef with just the natural juices......I know I am a plain jane.....but their prime rib was excellent.
