Tried to book Le Cellier for anytime during the week of Jan 19, 2008 but the only time they had available was 8:50pm for one table (we have a party of 7 and one of 7 is a 4 year old.) I did book the concourse steak house but was wondering what else to book. I have 2 nights that I need reservations. We are on the DDP
So far i've booked
Whispering Canyon
O'hana
Chef Mickey
Concourse

I couldn't get Liberty tree tavern b/c they only had a 4pm. Please help me fill up the last 2 nights
thanks

I think the wilderness has a good steakhouse. You will have to look up the name.

O'hana is good. Just hop on monorail to Poly from Epcot or MK.

Good luck. Le is good but not amazing.

In epcot Japan they have a new cook in front of you rest opening try that.

Call and ask the res person. I don't like the mexico res. I love mex food and hated that one.

The Wilderness Lodge Steakhouse is Artist Point and is amasing (so much better than Whispering Canyons). The Buffallo Steak is awesome. I would personally go there.

Also the Yauctsman Steakhouse is good too if you want a really nice steakhouse. I would personally choose one of these two over Concourse but that's just my opinion.

Have you thought of Marrakesh in EPCOT? I'm not that adventurous an eater but the Sultans sample meal was fantastic! Absolutely loved it.

Also the Japanese resturant as said where they cook infront of you is good. Not sure what changes they made with the refit earlier in the year but the tables used to fit 8 around the hot plate so would be good for a party your size.

Yeah, if the Japanese restaurant is open when you're there, it might be fun.

How about Rose and Crown or Chefs de France at Epcot?

Kona's over at the Poly has an excellent filet.

We liked Kona's better than LeCelliar last week in fact Kona's was our fav out of LeCelliar, Chefs, and concourse Yachtman's gallery did not rank up there with Kona's

Kona Cafe or Spoodles. Our meals ther compared very favorably with LeCellier during our trip in August.

how about Le Cellier for a late lunch instead of dinner ....

Kona Cafe or Turf Club at SSR. We dined at both in August and were pleased. The menu at Turf Club has some original items. It seems that most of the TS restaurants have such similar choices now! The service at Turf Club was the best we've ever had on property.

I don't know how popular everyone else will think this, but the best steak we had all week was at Tony's in MK. Their appetizers were yucky, but the steak and dessert were the best we had all week. I'm sure they'd have enough room for all of you and it's in MK.

I'll second the suggestion for Teppan Edo - for a large party, that style of dining is nice because you can all fit at one table. Kona was excellent when we were there, and I would hae liked to have fit it in again but alas, there are too many new places we want to try.

We'll be there at the same time (Jan 16 to 27). There are some rehabs planned that you might want to keep in mind as you try to decide on those last 2 ADRs. Tony's in Magic Kingdom, 50's Prime Time in MGM and Nine Dragons in Epcot are all scheduled to close for rehab in January. 50s doesn't close until the 20th, but the others close right after the holiday rush and will be closed basically all month.

I would say, based on similar menu and location, that Yachtsman Steakhouse would be a good bet.
