LBV BW- How do you get the $39. rate???

I have read several threads that reference getting the LBV BW for $39.00/night. Also have read about getting Courtyard by Marriott at $20./night.
Exactly how does one go about getting this rate without using Priceline?
We are going in Jan. 2003, and this will be the first time we have stayed Off-property. These rates seem worth the minor inconvenience of the sluggish transportation system these hotels provide.

Many of the people that were talking about the 39.00 rate
for the Best Western LBV. got it from right here on the DIS. through DreamsRes. They aren't offering that special right
now though.
As for the Courtyard By Marriot for 20.02 the other posts
have said you must call the hotel directly, at 1-800-223-9930.
It also said this rate was for Mon-Thurs. This deal is good
for Aug.11 to Oct.3

Thanks for the info. I tried checking rates through DreamRes site but was unable to do so. The rate/availability tool only went through 2002, not 2003 dates yet.
I emailed Courtyard by Marriot, they quoted me a rate, with AAA, of $80./night.
I know it is probably way too early to see any great discounts yet. I just don't want to miss out on them when they do come along!
