Lazy Shoppers

I think they are just as you say--"lazy shoppers". Makes me sick. I don't even like to hand what I don't want back to them to put away from me--I feel like I should do it myself. lol

I am happy to report that men are not as ignorant as women in this aspect. Im sure some men leave clothes piled in the dressing room, but for the most part, we take our clothes back to the floor.

I always hang my stuff back up and do it correctly. When I leave the dressing room I either will put them on the racks that they use to return stuff back to the right places or if I am going that way to begin with I just put them back where I got them.

I do this because they are cut short staff to begin with and also use to work retail years and years ago. Hated when people just threw them down, left inside out with the attitude of ...well hey that's what they get paid for...:confused3 if is was not for us throwing the clothes all over they would not have a job....just loved that attitude.

I also, when going through shirts/clothing folded on the shelves, I fold them back the way I found them. It's just what I do and so do my boys and DH...although they dont fold them back as good as I do but they try non the less.

I agree it is pure laziness when you leave your items thrown down in a dressing room. Yes, there are people working there getting paid, but not just to pick up your mess. My daughter is a manager at Kohl's and you would not believe some of the things she has found in dressing rooms that no one should have to clean up. With power hours and the other promotional hours that Kohl's has, there are times when they can not keep up with the crowd in the dressing rooms, but I know she trys really hard not to let it pile up. Also, as one poster stated they quit and found another job due to the expectations, but please know not all managers are like that. My daughter started out as an associate and appreciates the job her people do and lets them know it. She does not work in the same city that I live in, but our store here is extremely clean and organized. I love Kohl's!

You think it's bad now? Wait until 10 a.m. on Black Friday - entire stores, from front to back - will look like gigantic dumpsters..

I absolutely love Kohl's, too, and they have the BEST sales associates, by far, than any store I know. Their discounts are so good and there is never a problem with sale 'exclusions', like so many other stores. If I have to deal with messy dressing rooms so be it, otherwise the stores around here are always neat and clean. It is the shoppers that are the problem.

I'll pass this thread on to my daughter. You are right, they are wonderful about returns and honoring coupons. I have seen them say Ok to expired ones. I also like the fact you don't have to have a receipt to get your money back if you have used your Kohl's charge or debit card. What other store would do that!
