LAX airport??

I saved over $1000 flying into & out of LAX, so I booked it How long will it take us to drive to & from LAX to Disneyland. We rented a car so we can drive around so we won't use shuttles. Our return flight is at 11 am on a Friday. We arrive at 5pm on a Saturday but the first 4 days we are sightseeing around S.Calif not going right to Disney. We are staying in Orange Calif.

Figure on 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. You'll need to take a shuttle to the car rental agency. I have directions to Anaheim & a map at the url below:

Probably right around an hour drive. I have only used Enterprise from LAX and I have had a quick turnaround from them getting to/from the rental car agency on their shuttle and getting from the counter into the car, the car return is even quicker.

Thats great info thanks. So if we are hiring a car and our flight lands at 6:30pm what time do you think we will get to the hotel? We should make it by 8:30 right??

I think that's a good estimate, provided you don't arrive on a super-busy day (like holiday).

Do you like enterprise for renting cars at LAX??? I'm getting high (at least I think their high ) rates. 3/28 - 4/6 for a minivan $540 from ALamo And $350 from Deluxe rental car.

We've rented from enterprise but never from LAX before. We'll be doing it for the first time in 11 days and counting. We initially booked our rental online but cancelled it once dh got a better rate through their 1-800 number. They even applied the coupon from the entertainment book. Try calling their 1-800 #, it saved us over a $100 on our minivan.

well, judging that your coming from England (guessin International), you might not get their until like 9:30-10:00. You still have the process of waiting in line for immigration and waiting for luggage. really depends on the number of plans arriving.

It takes that long at LAX?! When I've landed at other US airports immigration hasn't taken that long. Our last trip to WDW it took an hour from landing to getting out of the airport, and even then we had to wait for the luggage for 25 minutes as they couldn't get the hold door open! Usually even after clearing immigration we are still standing around waiting for the luggage to arrive. I guess LAX is a much busier airport though. On the plus side the section we sit in on the plane is 1st off which puts us at the front of the line!
