Lawn Service-How much do you pay? How often?

In CT, about 1.5 hours north of NYC, so a fairly expensive area, my neighbor paid $40 for lawn cutting of relatively small lot...maybe 50x100.

That is expensive- mine is a little bigger 60x100 and mine just went up to 20.00 a week (was 18.00). That for cutting, weed wacking, blowing, taking everything with them. For the spring cleanup they thatch, clean out all the flower beds and turn them, take all the leaves and branches that came off in the winter, cut, edge and reseed for 80.00

I have a lawn service that comes once a week March through November. December through February, they come once every two weeks. They mow and trim bushes. I pay $99 a month.

$90 a month for a half acre of lawn, and edging, or if the lawn doesn't need cutting in the winter, 30 minutes of pruning and weeding a week.. They take Thanksgiving and Christmas week off.
