Don't get your hopes up for a space shuttle launch in September though - I know a few people who work out at the Cape, and they just roll their eyes when they hear that it's supposed to resume this September!

Launches are frequently rescheduled. On one cruise, the captain took us back quickly to the port area after Castaway so that we would be able to see a shuttle launch....which was, of course, cancelled.
