Late reservations?

When is the latest time you can make dinner reservations at a place like Chef Mickey's? With those latest reservations, are there less children? Thanks.

I'm not sure what the latest ADR is but for our upcoming trip our ADR is for 8:50PM.

I'm not too sure at Chef Mickey's there would be a time that would have less children, we'll have a 12 yo with us. I do know however that on every visit to CM's I have seen more than one couple without kids and the characters always stop and interact with them all the same.

Nope, at Disney if you have dinner at 11PM there will be kids... (and chances are their parents will not understand why Junior is acting out... could it be that he is exhausted??? )
