Late October Vacation Club

There is another website that has "clubs" dedicated to specific travel months - thought we could do that there. Discuss all the things that pertain to our travel month.

We're going to WDW, staying at POP from Oct 26-Nov 1st. We are traveling with another family. We're a group of 7 - 4 adults, 2 -12 year old boys and a 7 year old girl.

We were originally planning a December trip but had to reschedule about 2 weeks ago.

What part of planning are you all up to? Have you started packing? Any ideas on what October weather will bring? How are your ADRs?

We can keep each other company in this group as we countdown to the big day!

We will be there from Oct. 22-30th. We are all set with the ADR's.

We'll be there Oct 24-Nov 4, staying offsite. We're doing a few other things outside of Disney later in our stay, but the first 7 are all Disney, including MNSSHP!

This is our second time going this time of the year and we love it. We will pack mostly shorts and t-shirts with a hooded sweatshirt or jacket to layer, and bring a pair of jeans per person just in case. The last time we were there we had one day that was really cool and the jeans/capris came in handy.

I haven't started packing, but I do have things set aside to pack (Disney shirts, free samples of shampoo etc)

We have ADR's set, but are seriously considering canceling most of them just to save some money.

It's down to a week for us! I'm working all day today, literally, otherwise I'd be in packing mode!

We are traveling with another family and we're trying to decide whether or not to rent a fridge and just share it between the two of us. Also trying to decide whether or not to request a 4th floor room at Pop. We are staying preferred and don't know if we should request a certain building, either!

My ADRs are all set, although there are some that aren't ideal because we had to do them last minute. I had GREAT ADRs for our December trip, but we had to reschedule for October and the pickings were slim.

I've gotten in touch with the Coral Reef and both of our personalized menus are ready to go - I am surprising my family and the other family with them.

I think I might call again this week to see if any last minute ressies open up.

So excited - my kids know we're going to Disney, but they don't know it's next Sunday!
