You'll have to forgive, this is my first time staying at a WDW resort and I couldn't find the answer anywhere after searching the boards...do you have to inform the resort if you are going to be late checking in? Our flight to Orlando doesn't land until 9:45 pm...just wondering...

I don't recall notifying the WL when my husband and I checked in late on our honeymoon. We only live about an hour away though and it was important that our wedding night be at Disney so we hit the road after the wedding (and the opening of wedding presents!) Anyway, we checked in at about 1AM I believe. Our room was waiting for us with balloons and a card from Mickey and Minnie! It won't hurt to give them a heads up though and should only take a few minutes on the phone.

1) Alert the resort only if you are checking-in after 2:00am.
2) The computers go down 2:00am-3:30am daily (midnight on Tuesdays).
3) The CM's have to pre-register you and cut room keys by 2:00am.
4) Then you come back the next AM and get new keys.
