Late breakfast at Boma?

We've booked a 10:30 breakfast at Boma the morning of EE at the Animal Kingdom but now I'm not so sure. Does the buffet continue service after 10:45 or do you just get the leftovers from earlier in the morning? I'm just wondering if we should re-book for 10:00? We've been to dinner there and just loved it. Thanks!

It still continues...but not for long. I would rebook for 10...especially if it isn't the busy season.
