late arrival/garden grocer

I was thinking about placing an order with Garden Grocer for my upcoming trip. We are staying at the All-Star Suites, and I thought it would be nice to have some snacks and things on-hand, plus it would save some money. Anyay, our plane does not land in Orlando until 11pm. Would Garden Grocer be able to deliver the order earlier in the day, even though we are not checked in yet? I am really trying to save money on breakfast, and would want my order for the following morning.

When we stayed at SSR last year our groceries arrived before we did and guest services just stored it all in a cooler/refridgerator for us until we arrived.

Lat December we stayed at the VWL. Our order arrived waaay before we did. The bell hop kept the cold stuff in a fridge and brought it up to the room when we arrived. So I would say that they could do it.
With Gardengrocer we paid with a credit card when we placed the order on line. That way it was not a problem for the delivery to arrive early. With Wegoshop.com I had to be at the resort to meet her and pay with a check.

Do you need to notify the resort that you will be receiving a delivery from them?

I would notify the resort just in case. Plus, I would call anyways to make sure your hotel has a place to store them, not sure if all hotels do. We had our groceries delivered before we arrived at BWV this past January and it worked out fine. You can just let them know when you check-in and they will have them sent to your room.

I don't arrive at POR until close to midnight and asked for the delivery to be made at their latest delivery time. I have used them before and they delivered without me being at the room when the stuff came. Bell services at CBR did a great job storing my items. I have every confidence that Bell services at POR will do the same. I have breakfast items and a couple of snack items as well as a lot of beverages to keep me hydrated. Oh, and can I just say that the bananas that I ordered last time were amazingly fresh! I ordered more bananas for this trip and I can't wait for 4/19 to munch one after a shower.
