Late Arrival at Blizzard Beach

We are planning on heading to Blizzard Beach on arrival day (Saturday in July) around 1 pm and staying until 6:30. I know that the slide lines will be long and we plan to enjoy the lazy river and wave pool. Just curious when will the lines start to die down. We have a dinner reservation at 7:50 that I can push back if staying later will allow us to enjoy the shorter lines at the end of the evening.
