Lastminutetravel tickets quick question :)

Ok so now I am confused do they or don't they expire 60 days after purchase??
If they don't expire after 60 of purchase why couldn't you buy them in advance of a few months??

These are great legit prices but this company is an example of the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.:upsidedow I have been asking all the same kinds of questions for days. Even though we do not leave until June I "strongly suggested" they send me my vouchers......very long story made short I have them. I asked the same question as you and the lady said well just in case you cancel...:confused3. I said I am not cancelling send me my vouchers please. It took several emails and finally a phone call before they would send them. I then get the voucher with the 60 day thing also and again I start asking questions. I have no idea why they do it the way they do....maybe so we do not re-sell at a profit?? I do have it verbally and in writing. What's also interesting I found out...the vouchers NEVER expire so technically you can hold onto them and not redeem them (not suggested :rolleyes1). Once redeemed however you have 60 days to use the tickets (not to be confused with the 13 days after the first use rule).popcorn:: Oh btw they also nailed me 10 bucks for the bank charge also:teacher:

Question for you: since you didn't have the voucher for the dining, did you work it out eventually, or did you lose out on the price of the prepaid meal?

It did finally work out for me but only after waiting for about 30 minutes while they tried to figure out what to do. It was a pain! But I did finally get them. Maybe it's better now that more people are using this company though.

I originally posted that I didn't get charged an international fee. Just checked again -- nearly 2 weeks after I bought the tickets -- and there it was. $8.92. Seems kind of random. Anyway, good to hear that someone has already had theirs refunded.

I am assuming that these tickets are not the bonus tickets where you buy 3 days and get 2 free?

So this was a seperate charge? If so was it from you credit card company/bank or from LMT? There was a built in fee of about $3 on my charge from LMT for the PHs I bought earlier this month.

For me, it was a bank charge/fee. When I asked LMT about it they said they would compensate me for it and did so as a credit on my credit card (after I sent proof and even though it was a bank fee not a LMT fee).

This might be posted somewhere here, but I couldn't find it: Do the LMT Hoppers include Fast Past? Maybe all Hoppers do, but I've always bought through AAA so I'm not sure.
Thanks for the info.

We're not going until November, so would it not be a good idea to purchase these in say, July and wait on them then? Last time I purchased the tickets from disneyland.com in August (they day before the price went up) and had no issues, but this "60 day" expiration has me slightly confused.

And I haven't figured out WHERE you exchange the vouchers for the actual tickets. Can you do that at a ticket booth the night before you plan to enter the park?

The voucher says this:
***Exchange this voucher at any main entrance Ticket Window to receive your admission tickets. Guest’s staying at a hotel of the Disneyland® Resort may exchange this voucher at the hotel front desk upon check-in for admission tickets. Photo identification will be required for issuance of all Disneyland® Resort theme park tickets. Subject to restrictions and change without notice. VOID IF ALTERED. Disneyland® Park and Disney’s California Adventure Park hours vary and are subject to change without notice. Unused tickets and vouchers are not refundable. ***.

Yes, it was a separate charge that showed up almost 2 weeks later. The charge was listed as "International Fee" -- by my c.c. company.

Sara, what dept. at LMT did you talk to about getting your account credited? I just don't want to be passed off from employee to employee.

It was actually just whoever answered the customer service line - I don't know the specific department. They said to fax or email in a copy of my credit card statement showing the charges. I scanned it (blacked out the account number) and emailed it to their regular customer service email address. The next day I got a reply email saying it was forwarded to Accounting and they would process within 5-7 business days. I think it was only 3-4 business days (over a weekend) and then the credit appeared on my online statement. Hope this helps!

i made my order yesterday and put fake date (20st april, i'm going on 13 May) and just get my voucher right now, the voucher is a word document

great tips and great prices!!

:D Hoping that those who have used this can update us!

We ordered tickets, but haven't received vouchers yet for 5/13 trip. My mom (ordered hers separately) called last week and asked when she would receive the vouchers. They said it depends on her arrival date, which for her, is not showing on the system, even though mine does. They told her that they can see it on their end and she will receive the vouchers 2-3 weeks before that date. She asked why she can't see the dates on her end, and they told her she doesn't need to, only they do :confused3 She was pretty put-off by this and found it rude.

Then she asked if she could have the vouchers now, and they told her they don't like to do that in case someone cancels. She gave up and ended the call and said will call back next week if nothing received yet. I would think cancelling is not such a big deal, b/c if someone cancels, you would simply determine if the voucher has been exchanged, then if not, void it and refund the money. If the voucher had been exchanged, it may be a bigger process.

Yup got the same story and I told them I wasn't cancelling. I strongly suggested they send me my vouchers asap. It took 6 emails and 1 phone call before they arrivedpopcorn::
