Lastminutetravel tickets quick question :)

Yep, that's exactly what mine looks like, except my name isn't Amy. ;)

Thanks Amy. Yep, that's totally different than what you can print out yourself from the account!

On another note, yesterday I sent in a copy of my credit card statement and asked for reimbursement of the foreign charges. I received an email this morning that stated they were forwarding it to the Accounting department and would be processed in 5-7 business days. I'll report back and let you all know how that works out.

Just a note to let you all know that the foreign service charge was credited back to my card today. They did exactly what they said they would do. :)

For those who want to know exactly what the voucher looks like, I took a picture of mine. I took out the important info but otherwise it is what it looks like.

The part about the voucher that I posted in one of the previous posts is actually on a separate page. I did print both of the pages.

What does it mean Date of Expiration: 60 days after date of issue?

I'm glad you guys are posting these updates. I'm seriously considering using them over my usual AAA Hopper tickets because of the savings. The AAA perks don't add up against the savings you get at Last Minute Travel. I can't wait to hear more about how picking up your tickets at the Park goes. Hopefully everything goes smooth as possible.

I know will know exactly one week from NOW! I'll update later that night and let everyone know how it went!

I'm leaving tomorrow afternoon and will be picking my tickets up either tomorrow night or Thursday AM so I'll be sure to report back for everyone! :)

Okay, here's an update I hope will be helpful. I ordered tickets from LMT on 4/6/10. The date I put for arrival in the park was 4/18/10. I received my voucher via email this morning, 4/14/10. I didn't contact them at all and my vouchers came with plenty of time to spare! :) I will be contacting them about the bank fees for the international bank. I got $20.00 in fees!! Good thing I was reading on this board or I would have had no idea where those fees came from!

Thats means the vouchers expire 60 days after they were issued.

That is actually not correct. I contacted them and the unused tickets expire 60 days after the voucher has already been redeemed.:thumbsup2 Do not buy the tickets with the intention of using them 6 months down the road they have to be used within 60 days.

$20 in fees??!!?? Thats crazy, is that in Canada or somewhere else?

Interesting ~ I couldn't get my card to go through, I called LMT and they suggest I call my bank (I used my debit card) my bank said they're foreign so they placed a 24 release on the block and it went through ~ I'm off to check my account to see if I got dinged with a fee!

ETA ~ looks like I won't get a fee, the charge went through today and I don't see any sort of fee assoiated with it.

Adding ~ yes I did get charged a fee ~ about $3 - I faxed them a copy of my account showing what I was charged and they'll refund the $.

Ok so now I am confused do they or don't they expire 60 days after purchase??
If they don't expire after 60 of purchase why couldn't you buy them in advance of a few months??
