Last week of August ?

I have heard from a rather unreliable source , known to his friends as "The fountain of mis-information" , that Free Dining will become available for the last week in August as an alternative to the 15/20/25/30% room discounts.

Should I roll my eyes and disregard ?

Seems unlikely given the currently available public free dining dates and the private pin dates.
