Probably egg in a basket. We had hot dogs and macaroni and cheese last night (simple, but tasty) and then I brought leftover chicken and potatoes for my break. But day shift just got here, so I'm gonna take off

Sorry if it's huge, I'm on my iPod and can't resize it. It's basically an egg on a piece of bread, fried together. Butter one side of the bread, cut a hole in the middle, put it in a frying pan and cook one side, then flip it and crack an egg in the hole. Cook until the egg is cooked to your liking. It's quick and easy and yummy

Aarti is just too bubbly for me, yes I was happy they sent Aria home, I don't like Herb so I guess that leaves the other guy....what's his name? I liked him on the last two weeks, even though he made the worst dishes EVER in the history of Food Network Star! I thought he did a great job on the commentary part of the challenge.

We have band tonight and Master Chef is on the TIVO as well as NCIS (both versions), Warehouse 13, Covert Affairs and White Collar. Our TIVO gets quite a workout on Tuesdays!

I call it egg in a basket because that's how I was introduced to it No one in my family had ever made it before, so I found out about it through a movie called V For Vendetta, of all things. Now my parents love it.

In this image, V is flipping the egg in a basket he's making for Evie One day I was watching it and was just like "That actually looks pretty good", so I tried making it and fell in love with it.

We didn't go. Fran didn't have her correct reeds for her sax so she burst out into tears and said she wouldn't go. I don't understand, she has at least 50 boxes of reeds!!!!!! Why did she need the four that she used at the concert? Ugh, we need to take care of this more in advance of "leaving time".

Maybe we'll get to watch some of our shows tonight instead.

It's all right. Another hour and a half and then we're off until Friday. So far so good with the new coworker How about you? How was your evening?

Wednesday night dinner at my mum's with the family. At times too noisy for me; but the food is good. Mum cooks rice, curries and vegetable stir fries...so it's worth putting up with the noise for the food. I eat, I listen, I eat some more and then I go home.

What are you doing with your free time? Did Jacqui get home okay?

I honestly haven't got a clue. I have a feeling that my dad's going to try and make me paint windows, which I have no interest in doing. I'll probably bake something and go for a bike ride at some point, but I haven't decided yet. I do want to buy a wrist brace at some point, though, because my right wrist and hand have really been bothering me lately.
