umm... today??? let's see... what day is it??

yep I am. But I never know how busy it will be so I don't always get on.

But I won't on Tuesday. That's the day our nurse is in full time and she gets the computer.

Too bad I'm not off tomorrow. I could get some posting in and sneak up on you! :teeth:

OK- I had an exhausting night at work-very busy busy bees we were

-so I need to get a little sleep-Middle School Conference @ 3pm-fun fun-NOT!!!!

Middle school conference - oh, what fun! How did that go?

We have Matthew's IEP conference Thursday afternoon. That should be fun!

OK - I let our Parakeet out to fly and ended up losing him for almost 30 min :rotfl:

I found him on the light fixture on the front door-He would chirp every once in awhile so it took awhile to narrow down my search :magnify:

But now He's sitting on my shoulder all happy and my puppy is at my feet all jealous and feeling ignored :p

Glad that worked out okay! I would have been so worried - and would have been worried about having to fess up to the kids if he was lost!

I had a parakeet when I was 12. I would love to let him out and fly around. he would come back when I whistled.

Then I thought I would be a good bird owner and I gave him a bath..... yep within 2 days he died :( I cried and cried and cried

after 3 days of my crying my parents got me a dog

That was my first OES, and I had him from 12 - 26.

Madison graduated from her IEP last year.. it was speech related. I still don't think she really should have graduated... but I didn't have any control over that :sad2:

Our PTA has been pushing boxtops really hard for the first time this year and we just got our first check.....

$2235!!! :woohoo: Last year we earned $720!

my 2nd grader just doesn't ever want to do his homework!

it drives me crazy.

Note to self - never give parakeets a bath!

Matthew graduated from his speech IEP in third grade. Then he got to start all over again with an IEP in 4th grade. 4th grade was when he was diagnosed with ADHD.

Gotta head down to the fire department to do the monthly reports for tomorrow nights meeting.

See you all later.

we're still trying to figure out the Cruise thing.

DH wants to go in Feb of next year, but we already have two trips planned in our '09 year.

And that would be a 3 day cruise. I just can't see driving down for 16 hours to do it all over again in 3 days.

I would rather go at a different time when we could also spend a couple of days afterward at WDW.

Are you planning to do anything - excursions - when you cruise? Matthew and I went snorkeling both in Nassau and Castaway Cay and it was the highlight of the cruise! Especially the open water snorkeling in Nassau. If you're going to want to do something like that then you might want to consider the weather. Yes, February there is still very warm to us northerners but is it warm enough for swimming?

But if you go during the summer months when kids are out of school the rates are a lot higher and it's more crowded.
