Hi everyone.

Sorry I haven't been around much this week. Busy week for us!

I just want to stop by here to ask that you keep our friends in your thoughts and prayers. I've posted MANY times talking about our friend's daughter, Emily. Emily was diagnosed with leukemia three days after her 12th birthday in 2001. She has battled this disease for six and a half years and her battle included a bone marrow transplant.

Emily lost her battle early this morning! I can't even imagine what her family is feeling.

I hope that everyone will continue to keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

So a quick puppy update. Took him to the vet, and it is an infection caused by him digging and rooting in the dirt, and clogging up his hair folicles under his chin. 10 days of antibiotics, and good as new!

well I am hoping for good weather but at this point so long as athere is no
snow on the ground we will make do

Snow on the ground? This late in the year?

...well, I probably won't be on too much for the next few days, because I have lots of tests to grade, PLUS, do my students' averages for this marking period....
