You never know what she will come up with once we start interviewing the estate sale companies. I'm gonna guess she won't like their style...the commission and pretty soon she will be scheming on how we can do it ourselves. We made some serious money when we held previous sales, well four digits. This time we actually have stuff worth something, even furniture, she might be willing to put out some money to make some money.

Well, I guess I can understand her being particular about it. I probably would be, too. If I had the money, anyway At this point, I don't even have the money to buy a stupid suit jacket.

Home at LAST.....and DH did some cleaning. Nice of him to...but he's supposed to be in bed resting!

He won't take it....the most I can get down him is hot water, lemon and manuka honey.

Well, at least he's been appreciative of the vegetable soup I made him.

That's good... I'd ask if you want my mom's chicken and barley soup recipe, but he's a vegetarian, so he wouldn't eat it

I made it with leek, carrots, celery, green beans, cabbage and corn. Used fish and vegetable stock to add a bit more body to it.

He's been having it for lunch and dinner the last 2 days. Thankfully, he felt a bit more hungry last night and we got fish and chips from the local Fish n Chip shop.

I'm planning on canneloni for dinner tonight. I think he might actually eat some.

We had steak and green beans for dinner. My mom was asking why I wasn't eating more and I'm like "Because I'm fat and trying to lose weight?"

Mothers will never understand.....I bet she still thought that you're starving yourself!

I had a lot of green beans and a decently sized piece of steak. I'm still hungry, but that's better than eating too much, right? It's just frustrating, because she knows I want to change this, but keeps messing with me.
