OK so here's my dork moment....
We got to the room around 5:30PM and called Bell Services they brought the stuff up by about quarter to six and I immediately began unloading. My Owner's Locker was a whole big surprise as to the goodies found in there, but I suspected a few.
I unpacked the groceries and nothing makes me happier than a well stocked fridge and pantry.
Oh and can't forget the fruit bowl
That took about an hour. Then I began working on prepping dinner, it's taken about two hours, but now I have three dinners within about 15 minutes away from heating. The chicken went in the over first, I didn't get a pic of that, but here is a PIO style pic of how three dinners come together. Use a lot of the same veg for all three.
The mushrooms onions and zucchini go in the stuffing, the beef, mushrooms, onion and green pepper go in the spaghetti sauce, most of the beef, some of the stuffing croutons (without the seasoning) go in the meatloaf along with the onions, green pepper, cheese, V8, crackers and the meat. Salt and pepper goes in the sauce and meatloaf.
And voila! You have spaghetti sauce, stuffing to go with the chicken and meatloaf, (and yes I am dork who brings my own silpat meatloaf pan in the suitcase!)
Now we're going to eat the chicken and stuffing while watching the fireworks over Cindy's Castle with the music piped in on the TV!
