So, no leftovers? That's a good thing but that also means more cooking for you....

I had already planned on making a frozen skillet dinner tonight. The only thing in my cooler is some of the pineapple upside down cake from Costco. I don't mind. I don't care for leftovers unless they are something really gains flavor when it goes for a day or so.

However I will have to figure out tomorrow's plan of attack.
