No, I know :) I actually wandered into the Disney Store the other day with my best friend while we were at the mall and saw the manager and she was like "I remember you! We haven't gotten around to calling yet." But yeah, if you can't smile in 105 degree heat while hauling trash, you can't smile anywhere :teeth: Yay for Disney training :lmao:

Wishing you the best. It's always good working for the Disney company. :thumbsup2

It's always good to be remembered too....positively ;)

What's UI? Unemployment? or Medical?
It's always complicated any welfare system.
I'm glad I'm finally getting something...but there are so many hoops to jump through :confused3

Ok it's May 4th in Orlando now...so that'll do...

MAY THE 4TH BE WITH YOU.....ALWAYS!!!

Unemployment Insurance. It is run by the individual state not the federal government.

In Ca. one can be working but a few hours a week. But yet, EDD will deduct from your benefit amount. That really steams my clams. Because the money is not coming from the state, it is coming from past jobs.

Sometimes an extension will be available. That one qualifies for such, is a whole other creature. Anyway... that is by the Federal Government.

Wasn't that a one time thing that Obama did?

Now that you meantion it, seems like there was a increase in the amount and a little extension like 2 weeks to people on UI from the fed. And then about a year later offered 6 months to people who had been unemployed for an extended period.

Sound right?
