Last Rehab at Beach Club?

Anybody have any idea when the Beach Club was last rehabbed? I would be really disappointed if it is not in tip top shape. I'm reading some mixed reviews and I wonder whether I should try to switch my ressie to the YC - but I also read the YC may be undergoing some type of rehab right now. Anybody have any recent info on both resorts. Thanks ahead of time for any replies.

last rehab at BC that i know about was summer 2003
was staying there then.
Really bot YC and BC are wondeful resorts

We were at the BC September 2003 and it was being rehabbed and almost finished I believe.

yep during our november 03 visit the bc was being rehabbed.

i would also be interested in info regarding a yacht club rehab, when is this scheduled? i havent heard anything about this.
