Morning I had such a bad day yesterday-not the job but I found out the last job which I hated,but never-the-less still did my job-well...they gave me a horrendous evaluation-the worse my current new boss has ever seen-almost lost my job because of it

so this was a little of a surprise since no one ever mentioned to me that there was issues-a little like getting hit broadsided in the middle of no where-so I'm still a little in shock!!!!

I mean I only worked there 13 weeks and this is the 1st bad review I've ever received-all my jobs have been fine good reviews,even discharged from the military with an honorable discharge-so I really don't get it

so confused here-man!!!

So I did request a copy of the evaluation to see what it's all about-not like I can change the attitude of my new boss though-damage done

Oh my Word. I am so sorry that happened to you. Do you think they were mad because you were leaving?

I really hope your new employer looked back at your other records from your job in WI. You can't take one review and base everything on that.

Thanks for the code Kelli,most likely I'll order them after the kids go to school

They told me they will be watching me very close-and if I step one inch out of line-that will be it

I wish they would look at my last jobs,but negative reports always carry for much more impact than good-it really shocked my new boss(and me) and she's really worried that she has just hired a loose cannon

I just can't understand it-it just seems like I went from a great nurse to a rotten one in 13 weeks-just don't understand I called my old boss she can't believe it either-she said they must of got the wrong person-so I think everything will be fine-once I prove myself to them-I just shouldn't have to prove myself-my record should-this is really a shock to me

plus I don't want them thinking anything bad about me-my new boss is very against anything like having personal time while on duty-no calls-no reading-no chatting-so since I can't step out of line-no internet

I think that's why I still have my job-they must of looked at my other job references and figured and hope this was some kind of a fluke

oh that makes me so mad!

you are going to have to work so much harder now to overcome any type of bias that your new boss has added to you

Sometimes those evaluations are so useless... you get bosses giving hard working people bad ones b/c they don't like them/get along with them, then you have giving the lazy good ones b/c they're friends

Tues to hospital for AB Ultrasound

Yesterday 6 hours in the ER

they did and IV contrast CT scan

and finally found the problem

some viral infection causing swollen lymph nodes

She has been in so much pain but

should be getting better soon

hopefully after Thanksgivng things will get back to normal

My Uncles pacemaker decided not to work
so they had to stop his heart and then restart it

and My friend Danille who is due with her first child in Jan
just found out they will be doing a c sec in a week or two
they little girl has a tumor with rapid growth on her back

sometimes Real life is NO FUN


so what else is new around here
